Slight Increase in Difficulty Projected
We are due for a ~0.9% increase in difficulty on Wednesday. Difficulty will most likely remain lower than where it was one month ago, considering the previous adjustment was a decrease of -2.94%.
It is Blockware’s base case that difficulty will increase at a slower rate in the second half of 2023 than it did in H1 2023 and H2 2022.
ASIC Bidding
In case you missed it, users can now place bids on the Blockware ASIC Marketplace. Placing a bid could incentivize ASIC sellers to lower their asking price. You are still free to purchase machines right now at the listed price, and you’ll be hashing within the same day!
Below is the current spread between bids and asks as of 8/7/2023.
